Sermicro Group has been awarded the project of Workplace Management and Service Desk for a renowned International Real Estate Servicer.
The services to be provided for the management of the workstation are aimed at ensuring that the IT resources work optimally, allowing the user to perform their work efficiently. Among the activities to be carried out are:
The Service Desk and Remote Management will be the single point of contact for channelling incidents and requests, resolving them as quickly as possible or escalating them when necessary. Its objective is the effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement of the service, using a methodological basis, offering comprehensive support and proactive management with a high resolution capacity.
Additionally, there will be a Service Quality Plan to ensure compliance with the agreed criteria and a Cycle of Continuous Improvement of the same, which evaluates the services provided and applies improvements to the processes and management system.

- IMACs
- Corporate fixed and mobile telephony
- Support to the corporate audiovisual system
