The Sermicro Group has achieved the project to offer on-site microcomputer support services to users and their respective workstations, for the different Territorial Centres of the Institute for the Elderly and Social Services.

This important project, of national scope, has as main objective to offer an innovative service, methodological and of continuous improvement, that guarantees the availability of the work station and, therefore, of the services that the IMSERSO offers to the citizen.

Services Offered

• Specialised IT consultants that guarantee the continuity of the service, both from the assumption phase and the operational phase and even in the event of a possible return of the service, all by carrying out the necessary situation and tool analyses, risk plans, improvement plans, etc.
• Implementation of services based on methodologies with a relationship model through specific committees for each phase of the service, which carry out exhaustive monitoring of the same through supervision and adaptation plans, all controlled by the Service Governance Office (SGO), to provide homogeneity in the management and evolution of the services and guarantee the achievement of the productivity, quality and satisfaction commitments.
• Continuous online training to guarantee the maintenance and improvement of the technological level of our technicians throughout the life of the project.
• Geographical capillarity that allows us to cover all national territorial centres, including Ceuta and Melilla.
