Workplace Support Services for Conflict Displaced Person Centres in Ukraine

Sermicro Group has won the project to provide workplace support services for the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration.
The aim of this project is to provide IT user support services in the reception, reception and referral centres for people displaced by the conflict in Ukraine.
The service must be provided throughout the national territory, given that the emergency situation will require the opening of different centres, depending on the evolution of the circumstances. The Sermicro Group will be notified 48 hours in advance in order to provide the necessary means to cover the required services.
The technical team that will provide on-site service at the different sites, with an availability of 14x7 h., will be coordinated by a project manager who will channel all the required activity.

Services
The services to be provided include the following tasks:- Management of user equipment.
- Set-up tasks and help users in the use of the implemented systems.
- Platform administration.
- Assistance to users in the use of office automation tools.
- Communications management.
