All individuals who, in good faith, submit their communications will be protected against any type of discrimination, retaliation, or penalty as a result of them. False or defamatory reports will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with internal procedures, agreements, and applicable legal regulations. The confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity will be guaranteed. The whistleblower’s identity will not be disclosed to third parties, nor to the reported person, nor to senior management, except when its disclosure is necessary to the relevant persons involved in any subsequent investigation or legal proceedings initiated as a consequence of the investigation carried out by the Regulatory Compliance Management System.
