These channels serve as a way to report any violation of legislation and/or internal regulations that may arise during the organization’s activities, ensuring at all times the confidentiality of the matter and the absence of retaliation for submitting a report.
All individuals who, in good faith, submit their communications will be protected against any type of discrimination, retaliation, or penalty as a result of them. False or defamatory reports will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with internal procedures, agreements, and applicable legal regulations. The confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity will be guaranteed. The whistleblower’s identity will not be disclosed to third parties, nor to the reported person, nor to senior management, except when its disclosure is necessary to the relevant persons involved in any subsequent investigation or legal proceedings initiated as a consequence of the investigation carried out by the Regulatory Compliance Management System. In accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection regulations, it is hereby informed that the data collected through this Ethics Channel will be processed by COBRA GESTIÓN DE INFRAESTRUCTURAS, S.A.U. and its subsidiaries, for the purpose of handling the corresponding reports and inquiries, in accordance with the Corporate Compliance Program and internal regulations.
