Workplace Outsourcing

Sermicro Group has renewed the project for outsourcing the workstation of Metro de Madrid.
This project consists of providing internal customer services and maintenance of the Metro's microcomputer management platform on the hardware equipment (personal computers, printers, peripherals, etc.), as well as attention to incidents and requests from users of this equipment.
The tasks to be performed include:
  • On-site support, the aim of which is to optimise the service by analysing the different cases and studying the recorded and escalated activity. It includes, of course: management of incidents and requests, corrective and preventive maintenance, data recovery, etc.
 
  • Homologation of the client workstation, which aims to define the physical, technical and logical characteristics of the new equipment, which will ensure its integration and compatibility with the equipment already installed, allowing the consistency of the technologies used.
 
  • Management of equipment, infrastructure and layout: inventory, licences, warranties, logistics, etc.
 
  • Centralised management and distribution, which automates the deployment of any product to client workstations: Asset intelligence, domain policies, operating system migrations, etc.
 
  • Service management: monitoring reports, field charts, dashboards.
 
  • Service Transformation, which provides an efficient management and an improvement and evolution towards a structured workplace.
