Sermicro Group has won the outsourcing project of the workstation for the City Council of Cerdanyola del Vallés.

The objective of this project is the provision of a service, with a high level of quality, for the optimization of the management related to the infrastructure of the corporate network, proposing operational solutions that make possible the fulfilment of the established objectives.

Services

Among the services to be provided are the following:

• Help Desk, aimed at efficiency and performance in the resolution of incidents and user requests.
• Assistance, support and monitoring services for the City Council's systems and communications.
• Preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the entire technological park.
• Hardware maintenance services, including direct and reverse logistics, repair of the same and reinstallation in cases of change of location.

Additionally, the Sermicro Group will provide technology monitoring services, in order to properly manage the service and advise on matters relating to new technology and improvement of procedures.
