The Sermicro Group has renewed the professional user support services project for the Ministry of the Presidency, Parliamentary Relations and Equality.
The team responsible for the execution of these services is made up of a Project Manager, who is responsible for the provision of the service, the Project Management Office, in charge of collaborating in the quality management, good governance and continuous improvement of the processes and the service, and a Technical Coordinator, responsible for the management of the team of Level 0 and 1 support technicians.

Objective and Services
The objective of this project is to provide all the services related to the attention to the user's post, among which are:- Reception, identification, registration, categorisation, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and requests.
- Delivery, installation and configuration of the components requested.
- Maintenance and optimisation of equipment.
- Inventory and asset management.
- Updating and distribution of software.
