Sermicro Group has won the project to provide complete Customer Experience solutions that include the professional services of supply, deployment, installation, maintenance and Help Desk for CUPRA (SEAT) dealers.
The objective of this project is to provide the entire network of CUPRA dealers in Spain with the necessary hardware equipment, as well as to provide all the services related to the installation and maintenance of the same.

Complete Customer Experience Solution

  • Supply and deployment of Digital Signage, both showroom and waiting room monitors, players for multimedia content playback, routers, tablets, ipads, etc.
  • Management and installation of the different elements, integrating them and ensuring they are fully operational.
  • Help Desk as a single point of entry to offer support services, incidents, queries, etc., associated with the equipment and guarantee the restoration of the service with the minimum possible impact.
  • Hardware maintenance services with pre-diagnosis and on-site assistance.
  • Preventive maintenance services.
  • Logistical maintenance support.

Technical team

The technical team that will carry out this service has all the certifications of the different manufacturers and the necessary knowledge, both at a technical and functional level, to fulfil the service within the agreed terms of quality and time.
Likewise, there will be a project manager who will be in charge of communication with the client and the fulfilment of the execution deadlines and requirements that may be necessary and the coordination of the entire technical team.
