Technological and Professional User Support

Sermicro Group has been awarded the project to provide technological and professional support to users of the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF).
Among the services to be provided are:
  • Data Network and Microcomputer Maintenance Service
    • Wired and wireless network management
    • Centralized print system management
    • SW Administration and License Management
    • Device imaging systems and their deployment
    • Management of active workplace protection systems
    • Remote maintenance
    • Networked storage systems

  • Boardroom and Training Room Automation Management Service
    • Point-to-point and multipoint videoconferencing establishment systems
    • Video and sound recording and logging systems
    • Plan for the organization of meeting rooms and videoconferences

  • Inventory Management and Electronic Access Control
    • Inventory asset organization plan
    • Technical and logical operation of automated access systems

Additionally, the Active Directory service is offered, whose main advantage is to have a centralized administration and management of all the computer equipment integrated in the domain and of the users that use this equipment.
One of the most relevant aspects that has been assessed at the time of awarding this project has been the excellent knowledge of the technological and functional environment, given the long experience that Sermicro has with this client.
