Workplace Outsourcing. ICT Infrastructure Support and Management

Sermicro Group is carrying out the project of Support and Management of ICT Infrastructures for the Provision of New Digital Products and Services to the Agro-industrial Sector, for the Institute of Agricultural and Fisheries Research and Training of the Andalusian Government.
In order to offer a quality service, both to the users and to the physical and logical equipment and communications, the Sermicro Group provides the service with various methodologies that ensure the optimisation of the work procedures and the continuous improvement in the management of the different projects (new indicators, improvements in the measurement, control and supervision mechanisms, improvements in the tools or systems for measurement, etc.).
One of the main priorities of this project is the maintenance of the ISO 27001 certification of IFAPA's security system, establishing and maintaining a control, supervision and monitoring programme to guarantee the fundamental principles of information security.
This important and noteworthy point is divided into different stages:
The team carrying out this project is made up of project and service managers, cybersecurity managers, data and systems administrators and technical and network specialists, all of whom have more than 100 certifications related to all the areas necessary to execute, in a professional and experienced manner, this important plan to ensure that IFAPA, among other things, is certified within the established timeframe.

- Initial diagnosis, to analyse the degree of alignment of the organisation (definition of the scope, analysis of processes and documentation, risk analysis, implementation plan and training, etc.).
- Implementation and support, based on the results obtained, the previous planning work is carried out in relation to the definition and implementation of the system.
- Internal audit, detailed evaluation of the progress achieved, reporting on the non-conformities to be resolved prior to the certification audit.
- Certification audit, accompaniment during the external certification audit and support for the resolution of corrective actions.
