Comprehensive Support for Applications and Users

Sermicro Group has achieved the renewal of the comprehensive support service for applications and users of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO).
This project consists of two distinct parts. On the one hand, the services provided by the User Service Centre (CSU), located at the customer's own facilities and which acts as a single point of channelling, to offer all the services related to the resolution of incidents, queries and requests, coming from the more than 600 users of the OEPM. Likewise, from this centre, the escalation to other resolution groups takes place. All incidents are registered in the SPTO database until they are closed.
On the other hand, it offers functional support for corporate applications, including the installation, operation and maintenance of software and hardware equipment and service support and control systems.
